Thank you for choosing KOVA Professional. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Canada.

Customers who require their order sooner may select Express Shipping at checkout for an additional charge. Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping to the United States

Shipping rates and delivery options for U.S. orders are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@kovapro.ca as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
